beautiful 3-unit manor furnished especially for multi family reunions
and church retreats but likewise an excellent vacation place for a
normal size family. (If one family only, certain sections of the
home can be closed off, if desired, to avail of lower pricing).

3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus dorm style fourth bedroom on
the 3rd floor that sleeps 10.

Large and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area.

3 to 4 miles to Lake Arrowhead village, shops and restaurants, movie
theatre in Blue Jay and to Ice Castle Skating Rink. Pleasant bike
ride to the Arrowhead marina or a nice short walk to Tavern Bay Beach
Club.

Very relaxing home, retreat like atmosphere.

DVD and VCR, gas and wood fireplace, dishwasher, refrigerator,
washer and dryer, dishes and utensils, cookware, microwave, towels
and linens provided, some movies and books.

Room 1: queen bed plus sofa bed (if needed)
Room 2: full/full bunk bed, sofa bed, with balcony
Room 3: full/full bunk bed, with balcony
Room 4: 3rd floor - full/full, twin/twin bunk beds, 1 twin bed
plus full size futon; game table.
