Aversana at Hammock Bay is a spectacular gated golf community, located in south Naples, just a mile over the Jolly bridge from beautiful Marco Island. This unique location is convenient to downtown Naples, but away from the busy traffic. From every room in our condo, you will enjoy views of the Hammock Bay golf course, McIlvane Bay, and the Ten Thousand Islands, and the Naples and Marco skyline.

The 18 hole Hammock Bay championship golf course was designed by Peter Jacobsen, and in addition to the best of golf, creates the perfect habitat for the towers.

Our condo is in the Aversana tower. Building amenities include a ground level garage with gate opener with 2 parking spaces, a luxurious lobby area, with a 24 hour staff member to greet you or your guests, a community room with billiards (see photo), and large screen tv, a private theater for viewing your personal movie collection, an Olympic sized pool and hot tub, a fitness center with sauna and a cabana for grilling out and entertaining.

Each condo is accessed by a private elevator.

Our unit is 2800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Each bedroom has a private bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the guest room has a queen, and the third is furnished as a study with a queen sofa sleeper. Every room is furnished elegantly but comfortably.

We provide cable TV (great room & master bedroom) and high speed internet access (for your computer).

All prospective tenants must be approved by our association. The association collects $100 for this process, and the tenant must authorize a background check.

Annual lease welcome! An annual lease is an opportunity to ENJOY IT LIKE YOU OWN IT! For a greatly discounted annual lease at $24000.* , you can fill drawers and closets with some personal belongings and come and go throughout the year. You can even leave a car if you would like. You can bring family, bring friends, enjoy last minute trips without the hassle of making reservations!

*Security deposit of $2000.  and first and last months rent collected at time of signing an annual lease.

Vacation Rental Terms: Mininum 3 month rental. Rate for 3 months is $9000 plus $500 damage deposit and $200 exit cleaning fee (damage deposit will be fully refunded if no damage beyond normal wear occurs during tenant's stay). Housekeeping and golf membership are not included.

$3700 deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received within 120 days of arrival. Balance may be paid in two installments of $3000 and must be paid prior to occupancy.
