Vacation Rental Description

On protected Pool Canyon Cove, Hudson Bend area off hwy 620 between 
Lakeway and Mansfield Dam. Spacious 5500+ sq foot, three balconies, 
patio, large living, satelite tv, dvd, vcr, playstation 2, Massage 
room with massage table, 3 full baths have whirlpool tub.
Large playroom with pool table, basketball court. 

Modern 3 slip dock with 2 lifts and second story deck over water. 
Good dock and water access at all lake levels. Boat ramp accessible 
average to full levels. 2 miles from public boat ramp. 

Near great restaurants- Oasis, Iguana Grill, Hudson on the Bend, Los 
Pinos, Hill Country Pasta House, County Line, Boat House Grill, 
Carlos N Charlies. 

Emerald Point Marina a few blocks away offers watercraft rentals. 
Putt Putt golf by marina. Great little water park across lake at 
Volente Beach (really has a beach!). 

Wooded natural 1 acre lot, lots of birds, butterflies, 
something is in bloom almost year round- 
Wisteria, Jasmine, Honeysuckle, Coral Honeysuckle, 
Lantana, Butterfly Bush, wildflowers of all sorts. 

*Wheelchair Accessible* one downstairs bedroom is wheelchair accessible.

Master has large bath with whirlpool tub, fireplace, KING BED, lake 
view. Private deck off master bedroom, with hanging chairs.

Large Living area with fireplace, lake views.  Satelite TV, DVD, 
stereo. Large deck off living area, with charcoal grill and outdoor 
table for 6.  Fire pit in backyard near lake.  *Firewood not included*
Ground floor patio, porch swing, folding lawn chairs.
Big playroom with full size pool Table.
Ground floor bathroom has two person jacuzzi bath.

Huge yard, badminton, volleyball, crochet sets available.

Upstairs guest room with DOUBLE FUTON and SINGLE BED, computer with 
high speed internet, satelite TV, playstation/dvd player, vcr.
Two more large upstairs bedrooms, 1 with QUEEN, 1 FULL.
Upstairs bedrooms share a large bath with whirlpool corner tub, 
circular corner shower, 10 feet of vanity and 2 sinks, toilet with 
privacy door.

Linens and towels provided.

1 FULL BED on main floor.

Main floor there is a massage room with separate temprature control, 
we can arrange for a massage therapist for $100 per hour.
Laundry room with large capacity frontloading washer and dryer.

Kitchen is a chef's dream, two 4 burner smooth cooktops, two ovens, a 
1200 w microwa dayve, toaster/convection oven. 
Cookware, ovenware, utinsels, dinnerware, stainless and glassware 
provided. Also Coffee maker, blender, crock pot, countertop mixer.
Huge pantry with acres of shelves and an upright deep freeze.

3 car garage with half bath. Guest parking for 5 cars.

Golf, Tennis, Theater Music, Water Park, Parasailing: 
Free public Tennis courts at Lakeway High school 10 min south on 620.
Golf course, Tennis and lessons available at Lakeway Resort, about 
10 minutes south on hwy 620, right on Lakeway blvd.

Live theater and concerts at One World Theater 25 min.
Live outdoor music venue the Back Yard, big names play there, 620 
and 71, about 15 min. Located directly across the street from the new 
13 million sqft Hill Country Galleria.

Boat / Jet ski rentals down Hiline Rd at Emerald Point Marina, 1 min.
Parasailing and water park at Volente beach club boat across the 
lake, 5 min by boat or north on 620 to right on Volente Road by car 
30 min.

Large shopping malls/shopping areas 15 min north on 620 and 15 min 
south on 620.   Hill Country Galleria now open!  13 miilion sqft of shopping!

Hippie Hollow county park legal (nude) beach. No kids allowed. North 
on 620, left on Comanche Trail past the Oasis follow signs 15 min.

Oh, and sipping a drink and watching the sun set down at the dock, 
30 seconds :-). 

Overdo the water skiing? Massage therapist available, comes right
to you at Lake Home Lodge for only $100/hr.

2 min south on 620.
- Los Pinos, Mexican, Tex/Mex, great food, reasonably priced, 
1 min on Hudson Bend Road.
- Iguana Grill, Southwest cuisine, great lake view, 
5 min south on 620. 
- Oasis, American, live music, great lake view, great sunset view, 
Comanche trial off 620 north, 10 minutes.
- Carlos N Charlies, night life, music, 
down Hiline Road , 1 min.
-County Line Barbecue dining in style on waterfront, 
620 North, right on 2222, just past 360, 15 min.
-HEB grocery, Target, fast food, banking, 
Boat House grill (catfish), 
Smokey J's (take out barbecue) 
all north on 620 at 2222, 8 min. 

For the kids (of all ages): 
- Basketball, playstation, pool table, large open yard, vollyball, 
badminton, swimming and fishing at Lake Home Lodge.

1/2 payment deposit must be recieved to confirm reservations prior to 30 days before stay.
Full payment due within 30 days prior to stay.
Cancellations: Must be made 30 days prior to stay for a full refund less $40 cancellation fee.
