Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3 bdr. 2 bath, 2 car garage, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 
vacation home within 5 miles of Walt Disney World in the Chatham Park 
Community, a gated community with security, off highway 192. 
South facing private inground pool off patio competely enclosed by 
screen, solar panel heat and pool heater. Villa is on corner lot 
which gives more privacy. View of lake which is visited by the white 
crane and other wild life. 24hour Wal-Mart close by along with many 
restaurants and shops. Come stay at our home!! We know that you will 
love it as much as we do and will want to return!!   

POOL IS NOT OVERLOOKED.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full size fridge, ice maker, microwave, coffe maker, utensils, etc.

Master bedroom, queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe  ensuite bathroom w/ 
patio door to pool area, hair dryer. Security alarms on doors & 
windows. 27" TV w/extended cable over 75 channels, DVD & VCR. Alarm 
clock, phone 
& answering machine. 

Second bedroom, queen size bed, 19" TV w/ext. cable, alarm clock.

Third bedroom, twin beds, folding cushion chair for small child.This 
bedroom has a Disney theme and has lots of cuddly friend to make the 
children feel at home .

Living room has 25" TV w/ extended cable,DVD & VCR patio door to pool 
area.We have a variety of children's and adults video's and Dvd  for 
your enjoyment and for a relaxing read at the pool we also have a 
range of books .

Kitchen counter w/stools.

Pool heat available(cost) when solar panel not effective(winter.

Smoking allowed on patio only


AS FROM AUGUST 2006 THE VILLA WILL ALSO PROVIDE A LARGE GAMES ROOM 
COMPLETE WITH POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE , FOSEBALL TABLE AND A 
BASKETBALL GAME A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AFTER A BUSY DAY AT THOSE 
THEME PARKS .


We also provide baby equippment this includes a cot , cot bedding , 
stroller and bowls,cups and cuttlery.

Florida Dream Lets also can offer a airport collection service, 

Orlando international to the villa or car pick up point - $65.00 
before 11pm / $85.00 after 11pm 

Sanford airport to the villa or car pick up point - $100.00

We also offer a courtesy food pack at the cost of $45.00 please

Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Medieval Times, Arabian

NASA is an hour away. Can see shuttle after launch from front yard.
Beach is less than an hour and a half away.
