queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, all are very
comfortable. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes for a great
time this winter in warm, sunny Ft. Myers, Florida!
The monthly cost of this home includes all amenities for $2,000
monthly in-season December to May. Inquire here for 2008 rental

We are sure you’ll enjoy the property and numerous amenities that
are nearby. All renter’s must complete a Rental Application for the
community's management company. Please don't let this scare you, as
long as you don’t have any felonies there won't be a problem. There
is a $50 fee for this service that is payable upon receipt of rental
application.
