Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful apartment has Spanish tile throughout and has French 
doors leading out to a private and fenced patio.

You can walk out of the gate and across the street and look over the 
beautiful Kern River. The Kern River is one of the best white water rafting
rivers in the country.

Lake Isabella is a half a mile, the local golf course is a quarter 
mile, and the Giant Sequios is a 45 minute drive.

You have a wonderful European resturant within steps of your apartment and a new Micro brewery a block 
away. Most everything is within walking distance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen has all of the amenities needed. You have a brand new queen size 
bed, kitchen table, a new  futon with a Sealy mattress, a flat screen TV, and patio furniture.

Activities and Attractions

White water rafting, boating, water and snow skiing, hiking, horse 
back riding, shopping, boating, and many other activities.

Upon request and at an additional cost, special decorations, meals, wine, and much more is offered!

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are $100 to $170 per night with a five night minimum. The longer that you stay the better deal.

There is a $500 refundable security deposit and a $50 cleaning fee(refundable if only normall cleaning is 
needed).
