Vacation Rental Description

3 Bedroom/3 bath Penthouse Condo within walking distance to  
Rio Mar, a top rated Wyndham resort and spa with all the privileges of   
membership.  Two premiere golf courses, 3 pools and utopian beachfront!   
     Three queen beds and crib in new, beautifully furnished, air  
conditioned, penthouse unit in gated community with 24 hour security  
and unsurpassed panoramic views of the ocean from the private 1,200  
sq ft. rooftop tiled patio with additional bath, bar and lounge  
chairs.   
     Three flat screen TV's, cable, printer and wireless internet  
access.  Huge master bedroom with desk, walk-in closet and big  
bath.  Two more good sized bedrooms with queen beds and pack and  
play, great closet space, additional bath and living area along with  
outside covered deck, stainless steel kitchen all on one floor.   
Every kitchen appliance imaginable...microwave, coffee  
maker,toaster, blender, top quality pots and pans and kitchenware.  
Dining room for 6 with leaf for expansion, breakfast bar, ceiling  
fans.  Washer and dryer in unit. Towels and linens all included. Two  
reserved parking spaces.    
     Wouldn't suggest unit for those with ambulatory disabilities, there are  
three sets of stairs to navigate up to unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Within complex there is a pool, tennis, basketball courts and a  
playground on the premises.  Rio Mar is one street away and within  
walking distance.  Owners are members and offer all the privileges  
of membership to the private club at no additional charge.  There  
are two golf courses, casino, three pools, gorgeous beach, daycare, etc. Renters  
pay only for food/beverages, golfing and purchases.  Use of  
beautiful beach and three pools, one with slide, additional toddler  
pool and hot tub are free.

Activities and Attractions

Five minutes from the rain forest.  Owners have binder in unit with  
recommendations of countless highly recommended local puerto rican  
restaurants, points of interest and directions. It is suggested that  
you rent a car from the airport in San Juan which is a half hour  
away. Information in binder can be e-mailed to you prior to your  
arrival so you can better plan your trip and get directions to the  
unit.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for four nights minimum at $300 per night. 
$1,800 a week or $5,500 a month 
Plus one time $150 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay. 
Rates are $2,400 per week for Christmas and New Years weeks only.
