river park, shops and restaurants. Watch the Sunset over Orange Lake
in the evening.
This is a non-smoking home, therefore, smoking is not permitted
inside the home. There is a designated smoking area on the porch
for any in your party or any guests who must smoke. Also no pets.

35 Min. up the Sun Coast Parkway and West on SR54 from the Tampa
Airport and you can be relaxing on the back porch or fishing in the
river or gulf.
Just bring your clothes and relax it's all here just like home. The
house has over 750 Sq Ft and a large back porch over looking the
Award Winning landscaped yard. Also lighted horse shoe pits.

Walking distance from the house the new $14.1-million New Port Richey
recreation center and city pool.The indoor facility house's two
gymnasiums, a fitness center and meeting rooms. The aquatic center
include's a kiddie pool, a lap pool, a diving pool and a plunge
pool with a water slide and space to play volleyball or basketball in
the water.

$200.00 security deposit and 50% of rental fee.
Full amount of rental fee is due upon arrival in cash or cashiers
check.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refunds for Peak Season are made
only when house is re-rented. Off-Season require 60 days notice for
full refund, or refund will be made only when house is re-rented if
less notice is given. All effort is given to assist should you need
to cancel or reschedule your visit.
