Vacation Rental Description

2 Bedroom 2 Bath home with a 3rd bedroom that has been converted to  
a full Gym. Sigle Story plan. 2 car Garage. The master bedroom is  
quite large with an equally large bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub,  
Steam room and skylights. The Master bedroom has view of the city  
and Hollywood Sign which you can see without even getting out of  
bed. Beautiful sight to wake up to. The gym has the same view. The  
living and dining ereas all have the same views. You have no  
neighbors above or below you. You truly are sitting at the highest  
point of the hill. It only takes 3 minutes to hollywood Blvd. The deck  
is large and has amazing views. It has views of the Holywood  
Sign, Lake Hollywood, the Griffith Observatory and The city skyline.  
 
The house is a couple of blocks from  Runyan Canyon where you can jog or hike up  
and down the hill and maybe catch one of the many Stars that jog it  
regularly. 
 
 The new furniture is " Green Wood" meaning no new trees have been cut down. The wood was actually  
purchase from 2 MGM backlot stages where they filmed The Wizzard of Oz and Citizen Cane and many  
other  
Hollywood movies.

Hollywood area. Ill get you on a private guest list at night clubs ( Mood, Opera, Crimson) Also,  
prime reservations for dinner at Geisha House, Parc, Dolce, Penose and others. 
 
Griffith Observatory, Lake Hollywood, Universal Studios, Melrose,  
Rodeo Dr.
