and rustic
seating for four persons. There is also outside seating on the sundeck area for six persons on a
large
Rosewood table with bench seating.

The Sundeck area has an external shower, it is surrounded by lights which can be used for late night
BBQ and
socializing, there are two living areas one for entertainment satellite TV DVD etc with surround
sound system
fitted into the ceiling and the main area also has it's own seating overlooking the sundeck and
private pool.

This stunning Villa is totally equipped for all your needs right down to the hairdryer, Satellite
TV, Hi-Fi system,
Broadband and wireless facilities with equipment, DVD player.
Plenty of utensils in the kitchen for the vacation chef or even our own cook for those that just
want to savour
the moment. Purpose built BBQ or gas BBQ what ever your preference.
A driver is available at very reasonable rates as well as baby sitting services.
Our manager "Ing" will introduce you to all the attractions in the area and book your tickets and
trips ensuring
a trouble free relaxing time.

Pattaya has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area
is more
tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Swimming, relaxation and many water sports are
available, the

Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
