This completely furnished villa is all you need to fully enjoy the Florida lifestyle.  This villa is  
a single family home  
with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a den.  There is a fully equiped kitchen, dining area, and  
living room with  
TV and DVD/CD player.   All rooms, except the bathrooms, have ceiling fans and the home has central  
air  
conditioning.  Floors are all tile except the bedrooms and den.  There is a screened in lanai with  
table and chairs  
for dining alongside the heated pool.  Sunsets can be seen from the lanai which is a great feature  
in Southern  
Florida.  The home has a 2 car garage with remote control.

Jan, Feb, March - $3,000/month 
April - $2,500/month 
May through Sept. - $1,700/month 
Oct, Nov, Dec - $2,500/month 
Annual Rental .. $1700/month. 
 
1/2 rental at booking w/ balance & $500 security deposit 1 months prior to occupancy.  Florida has  
an 11%  
rental tax in addition to monthly rental fee.  Cleaning fee of $150 upon exit. One time $100.  
transfer fee for use of the Town Center facilities.  Also $100.00 Association fee.  
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
