Our home is located in Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake. The area is a boating and fishing paradise. The gated community offers an 18 hole championship golf course and private airport. Blue Moon is a Lake View home with views of the lake from the front as well as back of the house. There is easy access to the house with ample parking for vehicles and trailers. Blue Moon is 3800 sq ft non-smoking home and has 4 bedrooms all with bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs. There are 4 1/2 baths. 3 BR have king beds. The other BR has 2 doubles. There is also a fold out couch. The house easily accommodates 12 people. In the great room there is a large screen television with home theater sound and satellite. Downstairs you will find a pool table and foosball table as well as another sitting area, new kitchenette, LCD tv/dvd player and stereo with ipod dock. Also downstairs is a commercial ice machine that makes up to 65 pounds of ice daily to fill your coolers. The house has a large yard with decks up and down. There is a large patio outback with a fire ring to make those cool nights cozy.  The house is a short drive to the marina for boat launching, docks and marina bar. You are within walking distance to the pool, tennis courts, volleyball, play area and restaurant (in season).

2013 Rates (All rates subject to 5% Tennessee Logdging Tax)
Peak Season (Memorial to Labor Day) $1800/wk or $275/day min of 3 day rental
Off Season (Sept - May except Holidays) $1200/wk or $200/day min of 3 days rental
Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) $1500/wk or $225/day min of 3 days rental
Rates do not include $175 cleaning fee.
Deposit of $350.00 due at time of reservation
Full Rental Payment due 90 days prior to arrival
