sand of Kamaole I & II Beaches, swim or snorkel in our warm, crystal clear blue water, or relax and 
watch whales, sea turtles and gorgeous Maui sunsets from your own private lanai.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Furnished 2br/2ba condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king 
bed, 2 twins in second bedroom, plus queen sleeper sofa in living room. 3 Cable TVs, DVDs, free 
wireless high speed internet included. Resort offers direct access to Kamaole II Beach, pool, gas 
BBQs & free parking. are included. We also provide cooler, beach chairs & beach towels for your 
enjoyment.

Activities and Attractions

Golden sandy beaches, world championship Wailea golf courses, shopping, luau's, fine dining & 
restaurants are all nearby. Swimming, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, Molokini Crater, Mt. 
Haleakala, bike riding, hiking, Maui Aquarium.

Add one time $100 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights (Value Season only).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
