There are 4 bedrooms, upstairs loft /rec. room, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen with breakfast island
and dining area with large table, living room with cathedral ceilings, writing desk,beautifully
furnished.Central air-conditioning, fireplace, ceiling fans, 6 TVs with 3 DVDs. There is also a
washer, dryer. Backyard has patio with grill and table and chairs for outside dining.Garage for
storage only. 2-Car Driveway, plenty of parking on street.

This is a wonderful, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood- walk , bike, play on the several
playgrounds within the community. Walk to full-service Recreation Center on 127th. Across the street
from beach. Lots of restaraunts, shopping, Ocean City boardwalk, amusement parks, golf ,
libraries,grocery store,etc. We are within walking distance to theater, mini-golf, convenience
store, restaraunts, Fenwick Island. Short drive to Bethany Beach.
