Oct 1st - May 31st $6,900/Week or $1250 night/4 Night Minimum
June 1st-Sept 30th .. $8,900/week or $1500 night/4 Night Minimum
Deposit $7,500
$250 Cleaning Fee
Rental Policies:
Reservations for weekly vacations will be held when a deposit of $1,000 is received. Cleaning fees
are in
addition to the weekly rate. Security deposit of $7,500 is fully refundable
provided no damage or theft occurs in the home during your stay. No pets are allowed in the house,
and
please, no smoking. Payment is to be made by credit card, cashiers check, money order, personal check
or
traveler’s checks.
A mandatory 10.5% city sales tax will be assessed on all rentals.
