Atlantique, FI: Great Ocean AND Bay Views in Fire Island

Spend a fabulous 5-day week in our terrific 2-story house in idyllic
Atlantique... just two houses from both the ocean AND the bay!
Atlantique is small, quaint and quiet and boasts a great, wide beach.
If you want to get away, this is the place! Not only do you get the
great escape of Atlantique, but we are just a short walk or fun water
taxi ride to all the restaurants and shops of Ocean Beach, Fair
Harbor and other local communities.

You'll be happy and relaxed in our large, open, airy & sunny upstairs
living and kitchen/dining area. We also have 4 downstairs bedrooms
in our "upside down house" each with ceiling fan. We have 2
bathrooms, outdoor shower, scenic upper and lower decks and
everything you could ever want in a beach house: beach chairs,
umbrellas, deck furniture, gas bar-b-cue, picnic table, blender for
exotic drinks, blankets, pillows, sheets, new washer & dryer,
portable AC, microwave, stereo, i-pod docking station, DVD, games,
books, guitars, cards & poker chips, remote-control gas stove
fireplace and a TV with Dish reception. We even have a
printer/scanner/copier/fax and DSL for convenient use with your
laptop. All we need is you.

On one of the narrowest parts of Fire Island, you'll be within steps
of both the OCEAN AND the BAY. You're so close that you can even see
them both while sitting in our upstairs living area. Our great, wide
beach offers everything you want to come to the beach for: swimming,
sunbathing, boogie-boarding, fishing, boating, kayaking, windsurfing,
surfing, volleyball and relaxing! Watch the deer up close and enjoy
other natural wildlife. If you have kids, you'll be delighted to
know that our upper deck is designed for child safety and that
there's a nice playground and a cute snack bar for them at the nearby
marina. Speaking of which, the marina is quite big and offers slips
for your boat and ferry service directly from Bay Shore.

Available ONLY Sunday evenings (after 7PM) until Friday mornings after
breakfast (11AM) = 5 great nights!  NO WEEKENDS AVAILABLE.
May, June, Sept, Oct Mid-week rentals (Sunday evenings to Friday
mornings): only $2250 per 5-night week (including fast round-trip
water taxi directly to/from the Atlantique dock!)
July/August Mid-week rentals (Sunday evenings to Friday mornings):
only $2950 per 5-night week (including fast round-trip water taxi
directly to/from the Atlantique dock!)
Add'l cleaning charge $100.
