This smoke free cottage is located at the back of the one acre property with its own automatic gated entry and winding driveway, bordered with washes and desert trees. Parking is at the door, and the guest house has it's own landscaped yard. (The main house is located on the front of the property, allowing privacy for the guest house).  There are 3 furnished patios flanking the house. The light and airy living/dining room has lots of windows with views from all sides of the lush and varied plants.....Planted like a desert botanical garden with pathways and sitting places.  Enjoy watching desert wildlife like quail, rabbits and hummingbirds.  Take a walk around the block and check out the local ranches and horses.
The fully electric kitchen includes: refrigerator, oven with glass cook top, dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, dishes, utensils.
The large Bedroom has a queen size bed, but the home can sleep 4 with the queen size sofa bed.  Please check with owner regarding small pets.
Near the main house is a small gated swimming pool, which is available for Guest use.
