This fully furnished, 950 square foot, one-story guest house has the feel of a " bed and breakfast" 
with an all electric kitchen with dishwasher and snack bar, 
1 bedroom and bath, roomy living/dining room, high speed internet hookup, flat screen HDTV, and a 
washer/drier.  There are 3 patios flanking the guest house (2 of them covered).  Bedroom has a queen 
size bed, but the home can sleep 4 with the queen size sofa bed.
Conveniently locationed North/East on the Phoenix /Scottsdale border, close to the quaint artsy 
towns of Cave Creek and Carefree.  
Groceries, restaurants, golfing, tennis and hospitals all closeby.  Desert Ridge Shopping Center, 
Westworld, Phoenix University Stadium, and the Golf Tournament are only minutes away.  Downtown 
Phoenix and the Airport about half a  hour away.  2 hours from Tucson, 90 minutes from Sedona, and 4 
hours from the Grand Canyon.
Guest house is airy and spacious, and quiet.  Lots of windows, with views of the lush and varied 
desert plants from every window.  This smoke-free casita is set at the back of the main property, 
which is over an acre, with a winding road that leads to it’s own private yard and parking, bordered 
with washes and desert trees.  The 1 acre main property is planted like a desert botanical garden, 
with many varieties of local trees, bushes and cactus.  Walking paths and sitting spots abound.  All 
around the neighborhood are horse properties, with people riding horseback up and down the streets.  
Though shade trees provide cooling shade, a small gated swimming pool is also available for guest 
use, near the main house.  
Owner lives in the main house.  Maintenance issues are handled within 24 hours.

Fully furnished with eclectic décor: Antique furniture combined with modern.  Light berber carpet 
throughout house; tile in kitchen.  Large closets.  Lawn and patio furniture.
Washer/drier, Flat screen HDTV, satellite,  High speed Internet, 
Gas Barbeque grill,  and use of Swimming Pool at main house.
All utilities are included.  All electric AC and heat.  Full kitchen has a refrigerator, glass cook 
top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. 
Supplies provided: Linens, coffee, and a one week supply of paper goods are stocked for guests; 
after consumed, guests provide their own.  Cleaning supplies and tools provided.  Cleaning services 
can be arranged for longer than 1 week stays.  No cleaning provided during rental period.
Parking available right next to the casita and inside the fenced yard.

Tournaments,  Barret Jackson car auction,  Art Shows,  Cullinary Festivals and Western Festivals in 
Cave Creek, Carefree and Scottsdale.
