Located near Shopping and Movie Theaters at Desert Ridge Marketplace
and the new City North Center
This is a fully furnished 950 square foot, one-story home that
has the feel of a "Bed and Breakfast", but is totally private and
romantic. This smoke free Guest House is located at the back of the
one acre property with its own automatic gated entry and winding driveway
bordered with washes and desert trees and parking at the door. The main
house is located on the front of the property.
There are 3 furnished patios flanking the house. The light and
airy living/dining room has lots of windows with views from all sides
of the lush and varied plants.....Planted like a desert botanical
garden with pathways and sitting places.
The fully electric kitchen includes: refrigerator, oven with
glass cook top, dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, dishes, utensils.
The large Bedroom has a queen size bed, but the home sleeps 4 with the
queen size sofa bed.
Near the main house is a small gated swimming pool that's
available for our Guest use.
