vacation rental rates
Summer rates $150; Winter rates $175 plus Hawaii tax of 13.42%, based on a maximum of four persons occupying unit. First night’s deposit plus tax is required at time of booking. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. One time cleaning fee of ($125 for two persons and $150 for four persons) plus security deposit of $250 is calculated in the balance due amount. Security deposit is fully refunded upon inspection of the unit performed on day of departure. Payment in the form of a personal check or you may pay by check using PayPal
