Vacation Rental Description

Newly constructed waterfront condominium located at Grand Cove West in Punta Gorda Isles.  Burber  
carpet and 18" tile throughout and granite countertops in the kitchen.  Sleeps 4-6 persons  
comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom.   
The unit includes a washer and dryer.  Enjoy the scenic view of the water from the screened lanai or  
take a dip in the community pool.  Dock your vessel directly behind the condo.  Captains need not  
worry about height restrictions such as bridges, however the length of your vessel shall not exceed  
approximately 30 feet.  There is approximately a 25-minute boatride to Charlotte Harbor.  Sorry,  
boat trailers are not permitted to be stored on the property.  Come relax and enjoy what Punta Gorda  
has to offer.  Rate does not include electricity or telephone.  Water and basic cable is included.

Punta Gorda is conveniently located between Sarasota and Naples on the Florida West Coast.  This  
quaint and historical town is located on the southeast side of Charlotte Harbor.  Punta Gorda offers  
plenty of daily activities such as: local tours, shopping at Fisherman's Village, fishing trips or  
boat cruises.  Enjoy the sights and amenities in neighboring cities such as Marco Island, Naples,  
Sanibel Island, Boca Grande, and Sarasota within a short driving distance. 
 
Shopping, golf, scuba diving, fishing, hunting, sailing, boat tours, community events, local stock  
car racing and water sports.
