Hurricane Dolly handed us a temporary setback, but now Sunny Padre is back and ready for your enjoyment. Our family's condo continues to be situated perfectly right on the beach, of course, at ground level. And now the condo itself is being completely updated and remodeled. Here are just a few of the changes: A more open kitchen plan with new maple cabinets and stainless
steel appliances, new 18 inch floor tile, new 5 star carpet in back bedrooms, new bathroom vanities and fresh paint on all the walls and trim, and WiFi access. Be among the first to stay at the new and improved Sunny Padre!

One level access to everything: You'll have easy access to the beach in front and to the pool in back of your condo. Since our condo is on the ground floor, you won't be climbing any stairs or waiting for any elevators and you'll enjoy a great unobstructed view of the ocean.
Secluded and gated: Sunny Padre is located in the southernmost complex on South Padre Island, approximately 1 mile from the southern tip. It tends to be quieter here. If you like the idea of having a little more beach for yourself, with the option of always going toward the crowds, this is your place. Entrance to the complex is controlled with a security-coded drive-through gate and
security is on site 24 hours per day. Our condo is in a mid-rise (six story) building.
Family-oriented: We love families! Having two young children of our own, we realize how important it is to get away and cement those family bonds. We're located right next to Schlitterbahn Water Park (but don't worry, not so close you can see or hear it). Sunny Padre makes a great family
getaway.
Spacious and comfortable: Our condo is 1300 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with full kitchen and a washer/dryer inside the unit. You'll have room to spread out and won't be stepping on each other's sun-burned toes! There are two master bedrooms, with comfortable king-
sized beds in each. All beds feature super comfortable pillowtop beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa.
On the Beach: You'll be hard-pressed finding another condo that's this close to the ocean. At Sunny Padre, you'll feel like you're already on the beach because you pretty much are.
