lakefront home on Virginia’s largest lake. Hummingbird Haven has
beautiful views of one of the world’s best year-around freshwater
fishing lakes with over 800 miles of shoreline and 50,000
acres of water. Kerr Lake/Buggs Island Reservoir is surrounded by
more State and Federal Parks than private property. Enjoy virgin
timber that time has forgotten. Rock in the double swing or rocking
chairs while watching the sun fade over the untouched forest. View
bald eagles soaring daily from the nest across the lake. Pull your
boat (rental available) right up to your private dock and barbecue
at water’s edge. This treasure is located in a private subdivision
with miles of paved roads, walking trails and a private airstrip for
your arrival by plane. View deer, squirrels, eagles, ducks, geese
and hummingbirds from your dining room table. Golf at the local
golf course located approximately two miles away. Drive to excellent
restaurants and antique shops in the quaint little town of
Clarksville located less than ten minutes away. Tour historic
Prestwood Plantation or visit Occoneechi State Park visitor’s center
to view Indian artifacts and history. Don’t miss the fall season for
excellent striper fishing and spectacular views as the leaves change
colors to bright yellows, oranges and reds.

3BR/2BA sleeps 8 (2 – queens, 2 – singles, 1 – futon) AC, wrap
decks, gentle slope to lake. All appliances including microwave,
coffee maker, washer/dryer, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo surround sound,
private dock, gas and charcoal grills. All dishes, pots, pans and
silverware provided. NOTE: Optional Linen Service available, SMOKING

$800/week (Sunday to Sunday), $350/weekend. $250 security deposit,
