site. The Barefoot Beach Resort has a private beach access, the large
heated pool is nestled within
tropical vegetation overlooking the Intracoastal waterways & the

Frolic on Indian Shores' sugar white beaches, located right across
from the Barefoot Beach Resort,
or watch the dolphins play and boats glide by on the Intracoastal
waterways. Barbecue areas
available for our guests' convenience. Steps to the oversized heated
pool with on-site shower, bath-
and changing rooms. The beach trolley stops close-by on Gulf Blvd.
for extended rides between
Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.

The Barefoot Beach Resort is located near some very popular and
outstanding restaurants, e.g.
Guppy's on the Beach (Indian Rocks Beach) and E&E Stakeout Grill
(Belleair Bluffs). Other amenities:
miniature golf, fishing, diving, water jetskiing or parasailing
(John's Pass). Plenty of social
activities, restaurants, bars with entertainment, great shopping at
nearby Tyrone Mall, a number of
golf courses in close-by Largo & Seminole, cultural events throughout
the year (Ruth Eckerd Hall,
Tampa Bay Performing Art Center, Mahaffey Theater in downtown St.
Petersburg), art shows, concerts
and other festivals according to season.

January: $700 per week/ $2,000 per month

Feb - April: $999 per week/ $3,500 per month (MONTH OF MARCH, 30-DAY minimum stay - no weekly stays)

May - Aug: $700 per week/ $1,700 per month

Sept - Dec: $500 per week/ $1,400 per month

Daily Rates: $125 (only as add-ons) - Weekly Minimum


$300.- upfront deposit (non-refundable if booking is cancelled less
than 4 weeks before vacation stay); additional: $99.- end-of-stay
cleaning fee, 12% tourist tax. Rent includes electric, water, sewer,
garbage pick-up, TV & telephone (long distance within the U.S.) No
pets or smokers please. On-site coin laundry. Weekly rentals and
longer only. Additional days' rate: $125.-
