From the living room, dining room, or covered deck, watch races at the Event Site or the July fireworks, or the eagles , ospreys, quail, and Canada geese that reside on the island out front .
Savor the details of the well furnished gourmet crowned hickory and black granite kitchen with Jennair dual fuel dual oven range, virtually silent Bosch dishwasher. and a multitude of small appliances . Spices and condiments provided!
Treasure the quiet of the spacious Master Suite above the main floor, with its walk-in closet , walk-in dual-head shower with bench, and pedestal sinks, plus heated massage chair and tv. Awake to an outstanding view of the river, and decide from your bed whether to sail or not. Adjust your temperature without even getting up, with the remote controlled AC. Light blocking curtains and blinds provided for those who do not want to wake up to the spectacular view.
Send the kids or guests downstairs to the 2 bedrooms with their own private covered decks. Bottom floor has full bath with laundry room and utility sink.
Parking is easy in the extra long garage and concrete off street parking for 4 cars.
