The Condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, completely tiled,  a private balcony,   Central Air Conditioning/heating,   Ceiling Fans throughout all bedrooms and living room,   Cable TV,   DVD / VCR, Stereo, CD Player,   Washer and Dryer in the Unit.

Wireless Internet signal is available in the condominium as long 
as your laptop has wireless card .

The  Kitchen is fully furnished with Stove,  Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and small appliances as coffeemaker, toaster, etc.  Also it is equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. The  kitchen has a window counter dinette with 2 bar stools,  that was built to recreate you with the view of the Intracoastal.

Dining room seats 4 at table.  Living room has a Sofa with recliners on each  side and the Loveseat also has recliners that make you feel comfortable when watching TV, reading, ENJOYING THE OCEAN VIEW or taking a nap.

 
Master bedroom has a King Size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, cable TV and the balcony with the Ocean view.

Guest bedroom has two twin beds, walk-in closet, cable TV and a separate bathroom with bath tub. It has a beautiful  view to the Intracoastal.

Linens and towels are provided. Beach towels, small cooler,  beach chairs and umbrella are available for your convenience. 

The building has a  dune walkway providing direct access to a private beach,  a dune Hut located along the walkway with a shaded seating area and fish cleaning facilities,   two outdoor swimming pools (one is a heated pool), Jacuzzi, BBQ Grill and Two Tennis Courts.

Private two stories Clubhouse: In the first floor a lounge/social room for card playing, Ping Pong table, Gym, Women's and Men's rooms with showers.
In the second floor a social room for card playing, a Billiard pool table, a large screen TV and reading living room.

The Main lobby located on the ground floor of the building containing a sitting area, social room, TV screen and reading living room, also women's and men's rooms.
