Comfortable condo on the 2nd floor with screened porch
overlooking small pond where both deer and heron frequent.  Living area is
greatroom
styled with queen sleeper/couch, two recliners, one chair and country kitchen
dining area which seats six. Two
bedrooms:
Master has a King bed and 2nd bedroom is a (lockout) with two double
beds, kitchenette and bath.
Laundry
closet includes washer & dryer. Wireless Internet service. Pictures are

We call our condo "Paradise Found".  Imagine a day at the beach followed by a relaxing evening on the screened porch.  All in the quiet of a gated community.

intracoastal waterway and the ocean. St. James is a gated community
with four golf courses. These
golf courses were designed by Nicklaus Design, Hale Irwin, Pete Dye
and Tim Cate, there's a course
for every skill level.  We maintain a social membership so our guests can enjoy the amenities. Also in the plantation you will find a marina
right on the intracoastal 
waterway as well as both outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The Cape
Fear river marina is a five
mile drive in the town of Southport. The beaches of North Carolina's
Brunswick Islands are close by
with a St. James beachhouse on Oak Island, a ten minute drive. Also
withing driving distance are the
towns of Shallotte, Calabash and Lockwood Folly. The town of
Southport is home to both the Fort
Fisher and the Bald Head Island ferry's. 

Local guides provide kayaking information, beautiful beaches on
nearby barrier islands, multiple
outdoor
swimming pools and many golf courses in this North Carolina coastal
area. Close to both the Fort
Fisher ferry
and the Bald Head Island ferry.

$95.00 per night with a one-time cleaning fee of $75.00.
Linens provided.
The main condo & attached lockout unit can be rented together or
individually. Inquire for rates if
looking to rent condo or lockout separately.
Checkout is by 11am, check-in after 3pm or earlier (by previous
arrangement with the owner).
Special low rates available during the months of January and February.
