This is one of the most requested homes in Lincoln City. It is has a terrific view and is of course
oceanfront.
As soon as you enter the home this is your view. The ocean is right there, you can almost reach out and touch it. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleep 14 people. Also features a hot tub and internet service.

So the next time you are planning to visit Lincoln City enjoy this home and you will be glad you made this your perfect beach get-a-way home for winter storms, whale watching or visit the casino, play golf or just relaxing.

Comfortable seating is featured in the living room, a gas fireplace and large screen TV with DVD and VCR.  A wall of windows makes the view just as good inside on a stormy day and it is outside on the bright and sunny day.

The well equipped kitchen as you can see is light and open. This is one of the most popular rooms in the home and you will never feel left out working in this kitchen. Features are a microwave, toaster,blender, dishwasher.  And just about everything else you will never need.

The dining table can seat 14. To the right is a sliding glass door that goes out onto the patio and grassy area. There is a picnic table, chairs and barbeque. 

Also on the first floor is what we call the children bedroom. This bedroom has bunk beds, double beds on the bottom and a twin above. Also a large screen TV with VCR and DVD. Perfect for games that will keep them busy for hours. Also a full bath is located right out the door.

Pass the stairs to the left of the fireplace on the main floor in the living room is a hallway. This leads to a enclosed closet where the washer / dryer is located. Also a door that goes out to the Hot Tub.

 Just beyond is a bedroom to the left , we call our Mimi Suite. There is a queen bed, TV, table and chairs and a dressing area. All of this with a good view. At the end of the hall is another bedroom.  Again a queen bed and TV and VCR . It is small but cozy.

The bathroom to the right is the bath for these two bedrooms.

Now up the stairs and to the right is another bedroom we call the blue room. It has a queen bed and small sitting area. This is the one with the mirrored closet doors. From the window to the right you have a good view of the ocean.

The Master Suite with its king bed, a sitting area, a armoire with a TV, DVD and VCR and a fabulous view as you can see. To the left is the large bath that is shared by both of these bedrooms.
All towels, sheets and pillow castes are provided. Also the bedding and plenty of pillows.
You have a yard and picnic area and also the Hot Tub,
This home is a non smoking home, no pets allowed.
There is parking for 5 cars only. No Rv's or boats.

This home is located only a mile south of the Factory Stores,
five miles south of the casino.

Golfing at Salishan, or the Casino golf course are just minutes
away.

Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south.
Depoe Bay is 15 minutes to the south.

Visit the many antique shops and dining places that Lincoln City has to offer.
