coastal properties booking agent
will inform you
of the current payment procedure. payments will be accepted in the
form of personal check or cash.

are not accepted.

Check-in & departure
check-in time is 1:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check
out is by 12:30 p.m. on day of
departure. Key
lock-box at this home for your convenience

Cancellation policy
in case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100.
processing fee) 5 weeks prior and
refundable
thereafter subject to re-booking.

Reservations
reservations are on a first-come basis. all bookings must have a
completed questionnaire filled out
by the
person renting home via the internet. reservations are only confirmed
and guaranteed with the
receipt of
requested deposit or/ payment in full. the remaining balance must be
received 5 weeks prior to your
arrival or
your deposit will be lost as a result.
