This two-bedroom, two bathroom home, is furnished with a contemporary design of ‘white-on-white’. 
The 
accommodations are 'perfect' for two adult couples. This home is comfortably furnished and includes 
a full 
kitchen with granite counters, marble floors, and ocean views from the Master Bedroom, leaded and 
beveled 
glass windows, wood burning fireplace, and roof-top deck, satellite and cable TV, as well as 
additional patio for 
dining. 

Leading to the front door of this home, guests will be greeted with a beautiful sidewalk garden. 
After entering 
you will discover a tastefully decorated home with large living room, dining area, two large 
bedrooms with their 
own private bathroom. 

For outdoor dining and sun-bathing, our guests have a choice of two furnished patios with 
unobstructed views 
of the Pacific Ocean. Guests have easy access to the beach and ocean front while staying at this 
estate 
property. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, each with its own private bathroom. Fully furnished kitchen with 
all the 
essential: microwave oven, coffe maker, blender,  dishwasher, refrigerator, 3 color tvs, dvd, cd 
player & video, 
cable & satellite tv, wireless internet, romantic wood burning fireplace and outdoor charcoal bbq. 
parking two 
cars. outdoor patio with dining table and outdoor furniture, in addition to large roof-top patio... 
this is a - non-
smoking home - with maximum occupancy 4 persons (no children).

Rental requirements:
3 nights minimum - for summer months and all u.s. holidays. full week bookings - stay 6 nights and 
your 7th 
night is free. 

Off season discounts
inquire with reservations manager. 

Security & cleaning deposits
a security deposit of $200 is required. the security deposit will be destroyed after we check and 
there are no 
fines or damages. a one-time cleaning fee of $30 is collected for this home. 

Sending payment
upon a confirmed availability of your chosen property, the baja coastal properties booking agent 
will inform you 
of the current payment procedure. payments will be accepted in the form of personal check or cash. 
credit cards 
are not accepted. 

Check-in & departure
check-in time is 1:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 12:30 p.m. on day of 
departure. Key 
lock-box at this home for your convenience 

Cancellation policy
in case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 5 weeks prior and 
refundable 
thereafter subject to re-booking. 

Reservations
reservations are on a first-come basis. all bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out 
by the 
person renting home via the internet. reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the 
receipt of 
requested deposit or/ payment in full. the remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your 
arrival or 
your deposit will be lost as a result.
