La Quinta Home on Dunes Golf Course Fairway in La Quinta

Duna La Quinta is a quiet, gated community of private homes on the fairways of the Dunes Course at
the La Quinta Resort and Club.

This roomy 1,800 square-foot home is situated at the quiet end of the street. From the patio, you
will enjoy awesome views of the fourth green and fairways of the Dunes Course and panoramic views of
the Santa Rosa Mountains. This amazing, spacious home offers luxury and relaxation.

Outside furniture, BBQ and waterfall make outside dining a plus. If you have children, they can roll
down the grassy hill behind the house, or ride bikes directly in front of our quiet cul de sac.

The master bedroom, bath and closet are generously sized. An additional bedroom and bath are
included, plus a den with pull out couch. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and
comfortable. Four TVs, a DVD player, stereo and a fully stocked kitchen make it just like home.
There is also a garage and full-size washer and dryer.

There are five community pools within walking distance, one at the end of our block. The streets of
the community are also a great place to jog or walk, and there are courts for tennis.

The La Quinta Resort and Club is two blocks away with a tennis club, full service pool, playground
for kids, spa, shops, dining, golf course and club facilities, and all other amenities of a world-
class resort. Groceries, restaurants and other necessities, are all right around the corner. Only a
few blocks away is Old Town La Quinta, which includes Stuft Pizza and Clint Eastwood’s Hog’s Breath
Inn for dining, and boutiques with a small town feel.

Rates are $175-230 per night, $1,150-1,400 per week, $3500-4,200 per month plus $150 cleaning fee
and refundable $300 deposit.
