This oceanfront home is located a few doors south of the "D" River Wayside. The modern open air design of the living, dining and kitchen area made this a delightful home to have your next family get-together.

Enjoy the sight of the kites, the beach and bring in the heart of Lincoln City. On your way to the beach access stop and get a special coffee at the Coffee Shop. In the evening dine at the one of the several restaurants very near by.  Or just walk the sandy beach for miles.

 Anyway you choice to spend your time at Lincoln City this home will need all your needs. And don't forget to reserve this home when the Kite Festivals are on, so you can enjoy the sights from your own easy chair.

Watch the whales, visit the casino, play golf or just relax.

Pictured is the living room and dining room. You have TV, VCR and DVD in the cabinet that is next to the door that leads out to the deck.

The dining can sit 8 people and extra chairs are available. This home also has High Speed Internet service.
The kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. You will not feel left out cooking in this kitchen.

There is a full bath on this middle level of this 3 story home. Also just outside the bathroom on the main level is a sitting area that features a twin day bed.
You might even want to curl up with a good book here.

Now up the stairs to the top level of the home. There is a master suite with a king bed and a TV, a rocker and a chair and a luggage table.

The other bedroom is small and has a queen bed.

For your convenience all sheets and towels are provided or your.

However you do need to bring beach towels to take to the beach as we do not want the house towels use for that.

Downstairs on the street level is another bedroom with 2 queen beds and 2 twin buck beds. Across the hall you will find the large laundry area and enough room to store all the extra things you may want to bring.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars and maybe even a boat.

This home is located just a few minutes north of the Factory Stores,
Three miles south of the casino.
Golfing at Salishan, or the Casino golf course are just minutes
away.
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south.
Depoe Bay is 15 minutes to the south.
Visit the many antique shops and dining places that Lincoln City has to offer.
