single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. Pool and tennis courts
available. Elevator building. Ocean view from living room, kitchen,
and master bedroom!

Security Deposit of $350.00 required. A $100 Condo Association fee is paid by renter. Electric for time rented taken out of deposit. Renter receives balance back by check after vacating condo. I will pay cleaning service and phone bill.
