This newer, NON-SMOKING, one bedroom unit is in a family oriented resort. Sleeps six including bunks  
in  
hallway. King-size bed in bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa. Two very large closets in the  
bedroom.  
Whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Spacious living areas including dinette. Large kitchen that is fully- 
equipped for all  
your cooking needs. Pets are NOT allowed. 
 
The unit is beautifully decorated in a beach decor. Step out to the balcony with table, chairs and  
grill that has a  
relaxing atmosphere. Directly behind this unit is one of the four pools in the resort. This unit is  
one of the  
closest buildings in Horizon South to the Gulf of Mexico. Walk less than a block to the beautiful  
white sand  
beaches and enjoy the sun and fun.

Spring(Early).. (03/03/08-04/14/08) .. $127/night .. $762/week. 2 night minimum 
Spring(Late)... (04/15/08-05/20/08) .. $107/night .. $636/week. 2 night minimum 
WINTER RATES .. (10/01/08-05/01/08) ..................... $745/month. 
 
Cleaning Fee of $70 and Taxes not included in the above rates.
