Boat slip and hot tub open year-round. We plan to heat the pool April through
September.
Summer (2nd week of June thru August)
$4250 per weekly rental
September (1st two weeks only including Labor Day weekend)
$3500 per weekly rental
Memorial Day Weekend
$600 per night with 3-night minimum stay or $2750 for that week
Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve)
$350 per night with 3-night minimum stay or $1700 for that week
Fall & Spring (Remaining May, June, September & October dates)
$400 per night with 2-night minimum, or discounted $2000 per week
Early Winter thru Early Spring (Remaining dates as follows)
November thru March: $250 per night with 2 night minimum, or discounted $1200 per week.
April: $300 per night with 2-night minimum or $1500 per week.
*Fall/Winter Special - October thru February - Your 3rd night is FREE!

-Sales and local lodging tax are not included.
-We require a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee and refundable $500
damage deposit.
