Completely renovated gulf front townhome is fully furnished with two bedrooms, two and
a half bathrooms and one car garage. Parking with a private garage is included, as well
as, an additional numbered space and guest parking.

Unit includes the following:
Washer and dryer; televisions, DVD, VCR, stereo; cable and internet access; fireplace in
the living room; balcony off of the living room and master bedroom; full equipped
kitchen, including refrigerator with ice maker and microwave.

Security deposit required at time of reservation. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or
annual rentals available (30 day minimum stay required).

Maximum of 4 people. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Community Pool and located within steps of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets and
magnificent views!

Redington Shores is a quaint community and is within walking distance to restaurants,

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season:
$3,000.00 per month - November through April

Off Season:
$2,800.00 per month - May through October

11% taxes will be added to monthly rates.
