Villa Sueños de Mar is a beautiful luxury beach area villa which was meticulously designed for maximum comfort & convenience. From the lovely contemporary architecture and the spacious elegant living areas to the imported furnishings and the unbelievable ocean views, this 4600+ square foot villa is an exceptional delight!

The ocean and sunset views from the spacious pool side terrace and the large rooftop terrace are beyond words ! The roof top terrace includes a palapa covered bar, and an unheated jacuzzi (whirlpool) large enough for 8 people. It's the perfect place for relaxing any time of the day whether for morning coffee to evening meals, serving margaritas at sunset, or for star gazing while relaxing in the jacuzzi !

Every piece of furniture was designed by the architect especially for this villa and was custom built in Merida, Yucatan. The large kitchen and serving area is a cook's dream ! Spacious granite counters imported from Brazil, top of the line stainless appliances, and cabinets imported from the US will please the most discriminating cook, and the large dining table comfortably seats 10. Additional seating for 6 at the large kitchen bar.

Other amenities you'll enjoy at Villa Sueños de Mar include a fresh water infinity pool overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, a personal computer with wireless internet access, free long distance to the US (bring your laptop and we'll provide a Magicjack voice over internet unit, please requrest in advance) , color TV with satellite, DVD, and integrated stereo systems: 1 for the living area and another for the pool & rooftop areas.

The pressurized water system is completely purified by a UV filter system and water softener.  There is air conditioning by mini splits and ceiling fans throughout, a 4 car parking garage, and there's even a backup electric generator.

All 5 bedrooms are very spacious, 4 of the 5 bedrooms have private entrances (master just off the living room), and all have private tiled baths. 4 of the bedrooms have ocean views. The 5th bedroom does not have an ocean view but is just steps from the ocean at the ground level. You may never want to leave the luxury of this exquisite villa but if you do, the ocean is just about 40 yards away for shore diving or snorkeling, and it's only 10-12 minutes to town by car or taxi and there are a few restaurant/bars within walking distance, one just a few doors away.
