Relax and enjoy a luxury, bi-level condominium located in the resort community of Bethany Bay, ideally suited for a single or multi-family vacation. The unit has been decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while you unwind. You will enjoy the sunrise relaxing on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake and golf course, with bay views. Kayak in the waters of the Bay alone or
with a loved one in our convertable single/tandem kayak, provided with the unit.

The first level of the home has an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms, each with queen-size bed, two baths, a deck and a screened-in porch. Take the spiral staircase to the second level where you will find one bedroom with two (2) queen-size beds and one bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle, with shared bath. Enjoy TVs in each room, stereo and DVD players or relax with cards (poker table-top and chips) or a board game (chess, checkers, backgammon or, for the little ones, Candyland).  The owners of this unit have a local property manager who can assist with any problems. No smoking and no pets, please.

Amenities included with the unit are a private kayak (1 or 2 persons), bikes, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, club house, exercise room, basketball, beach volley ball, on-site golf (greens fees not included), boat ramp, biking and jogging on the 420-acre lush sanctuary of the Bethany Bay Resort. The environment provides an opportunity to observe great blue herons, deer, fox, and other wetland wildlife in its natural setting. Sunrise kayaking on the bay offers the best view of wildlife!

Kayak out to the eagle's nest with your child and give her an up-close glimpse of majestic birds.  Take an early morning paddle in solitude, and experience the wildlife of Bethany Bay including blue heron, deer and fox which can be seen on the shore or choose the perfect fishing or crabbing spot. The kayak rack and boat ramp are located around the corner from the unit and a private boat launch next to the kayak rack ensures a smooth and stress-free start to your boating adventure. There is no need to pack sporting equipment; bikes, crabbing gear, fishing gear, golf clubs (use ours, bring your clubs, or rent at the Pro Shop), and other sports equipment are supplied free of charge. Video and reading library are included.  Bask on the beaches in the town of Bethany or enjoy the wide-open beaches of the Delaware Park Beach, with lifeguard, a bathhouse and vendors. We supply the cooler, chairs and umbrella, leave
the "gear" at home and pack only your bathing suit! Lay around the pool while the kids play in the kiddie pool or on the playground adjacent to the pool.
The bay is a perfect place for kids to explore. Shells can be found on the bay beaches and the kids will have a chance to meet and play with our harmless 700 million year-old friend, the horseshoe crab.

If you want to take a break from "fun in the sun", the Rehoboth Beach resort area with its tax-free outlet shopping is only ten miles away!
