Eagle's Domain-Summer: Ski in/Ski out neighborhood in Breckenridge

Eagles Domain is a charming ski in/ski out house with fine finishes. You will ski out on Peak 9 but will have to ski back in on Peak 10 (blue/black trails). To ski back in you must be an intermediate skier, you will lift up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail. A large moss rock wood-burning fireplace adds to the warmth and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen has a beautiful wood floor and is fully stocked with pots and dishes for all your cooking and dining needs. The fantastic open layout makes it wonderful for large families. The master bedroom is not just a bedroom but a suite featuring a king bed, huge windows, access to the hot tub, a large master bathroom with Jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms: bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a full bed, bedroom #3 also has a twin and a full bed. The bathroom upstairs has two separate showers and the third bathroom downstairs also has a shower. Both the Family Room and the Living Room have queen size pullout sofa beds. The upper level is situated in the middle of the house, therefore there is a balcony overlooking the Family Room and a balcony overlooking the Living Room giving way to over 20 foot ceilings.

Lodge pole pine trees surround a large new hot tub, on one of the two outside decks. The house is located in an exclusive, friendly neighborhood right next to the Peak National Forest. It is 50 yards to put on your skies and ski to the Beaver Run Chair Lift on Peak 9. Eagles Domain will be perfect for your next Ski or Rocky Mountain Vacation.

*NOTE: This home is not a true ski-in/out home, however, per real estate guidelines, is still classified ski-in/out. In order to get to the ski runs you will have to walk. In addition, ski-in/out is weather permitting.
