with spectacular sunsets!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Just pack your week-end clothes & gear, pick up some groceries and you'll be all set for fun.  
Towels, linens, dishes, cookwear, charcoal grill, coolers, washer & dryer and even some fun board  
games are supplied. 
 
New in 2005 Dockside Dreams is ideally situated on one of the most scenic sides of Lake Chatuge;  
near the end of the road in a quiet little community of vacation homes located within easy walking  
distance of restaurants, shops and the downtown section of lovely Hiawassee.

Consider the convenience of renting this unit and the one next door for accommodations for up to 9!  
You may want to combine your vacation with good friends or other family and all stay close-by, yet

Activities and Attractions

There's plenty of space to park your boat trailer in the rear but if you're planning on renting  
instead, there are several marinas nearby where you can rent kayaks, jet skis, sailboats, motorboats  
& water skis, and pontoon boats for a party on the lake! 
  
You’ll be just down the road from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Anderson Music Hall & the new  
public recreation area with a small strip of white sandy beach, picnic area, a fully equipped  
playground for the kids, tennis courts, boat ramp and more. Check out “Fun World” with over 200  
arcade games, go-cart racing & more! Brasstown Bald (the highest point in GA) is within a 15 minute  
drive, and the “must-see”; Alpine village of Helen is just 30 minutes away. In addition to all of  
the water activities on Hiawassee’s pristine Lake Chatuge*, there’s nearby horseback riding, tubing  
on the river, whitewater rafting, fly-fishing, panning for gold or digging for gems, trails for  
hiking or ATV's, many wonderful waterfalls & even a couple of local wineries.  There are little  
shops & great restaurants, offering anything from casual 'home cooking' to fine dining rivaling any  
5 Star rated Bistro; as well as a variety of local festivals, concerts, craft shows and free  
concerts on the square every Saturday night during the season (weather permitting).

Seasonal: May 15th -  Nov 15th:  Per Night: $135 / Per Week: $810 / 2 Night minimum stay* 
Notes: Rates based on up to 4 guests. Cleaning Fee: $65, Damage Waiver: $35, Booking Fee: $20   
Off Season: Nov 16th - May 14th:  Per Night: $120 / Per Week: $720 / 2 Night minimum stay*
