located on the 3rd tee box of an outstanding golf course. This vacation home has four bedrooms, 3 full 
bathrooms, a large living and dining space and a large, spacious custom kitchen.

The entire house has been elegantly designed with elaborate, custom molding. All furnishings are brand new. 
The house is equipped with a BBQ and Golf Cart. Enjoy relaxing in luxury and taking in the view of an 
outstanding golf course, the beautiful mountains and sunsets of the desert. 

The large master bedroom has French doors leading to the backyard with a view of the golf course. In addition, 
it has a new California King Bed, Ipod docking station/alarm clock with speakers, a spacious private bathroom 
with dual sinks, large walk in shower, and a huge walk-in closet with extensive space for all of your vacation 
belongings.

There are three comfortable guest rooms for your family or friends. Guest room #1 has a California King bed, TV 
and small entertainment unit and a large closet with sliding mirrored doors. This room is located directly next to 
a bathroom with dual sinks, granite counter tops, bath and shower. 

Guest room # 2 has two sets of twin bunk beds with matching bedding, TV with VCR/DVD player, large array of 
children’s videos, large closet and also adjacent to the second bathroom. 

Guest room #3 has two Extra Long Twin beds with matching bedding and large closet. This bedroom is attached 
to bathroom #3. This bathroom has a gorgeous shower and has access to the backyard. This home has a two 
car garage plus golf cart garage. 

This luxurious vacation rental offers you access to the Mission Lakes Country Club pool and Jacuzzis. This resort 
size pool is perfect for all levels of swimmers. It ranges from 3 feet to 8 feet deep. In addition, you will have 
access to full size tennis courts, snack bar, and restaurant. 

MLCC Golf Course is a semi-private championship length course open to the public. From its signature holes, 
1,500 feet above the valley floor, golfers are treated to a breathtaking panorama of mountains, emerald 
fairways and the valley below. The four finishing holes are considered to be the four toughest finishing holes in 
the desert. 

This home offers you a luxury weekend or weekly vacation rental all with the comfort and warmth of private
