Beautiful Lake Buel Vacation Home in Great Barrington

This is our Lake front vacation home on beautiful Lake Buel. It is both modern and rustic furnished with
antiques of the region. The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom overlooks
the lake as do most of the other bedrooms.

The first floor consists of a large living room with a couch , several chairs, center table and wood burning
fireplace, an enclosed sun porch overlooking the lake and the cantilevered lake Deck ,a dining room/ kitchen
area that seats 10 with a modern kitchen, with stove, dishwasher and sink.. There is a full bath on the first floor
and a new laundry facility with a large capacity washer and dryer. The whole first floor is a large space for
eating and hanging out, looking at the lake or watching satellite TV.

Everything you need for the Vacation house is included.. Pots, pans, dishes glasses, bedding, furniture, coffee
maker TV, DVD, VCR, Phones outdoor furniture, boats, laundry facilities and more.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and and a master bedroom with queen size bed , phone, dressers and night
tables; the other 4 bedrooms have 2 single beds, dressers and night tables.. Each bedroom has 2 windows and
most have a beautiful view of the lake. With 2 to a room the 2nd floor sleeps 10 people. The 2nd floor has a full
bath with new shower, plenty of cabinet space, large and comfortable.

The Outside features a cantilivered deck right over the water, with lounges and chairs overlooking beautiful
Lake Buel which is a large lake great for fishing, and boating.. A conoe and row boat are included for your use,
with the rental. You can partake of the water sports or just watch the splendor of the Lake and scenery that
surrounds you. The Front of the house has parking for 4 cars, and a storage garage.

This beautiful house is on the Monterey/ Great Barrington border. It is 10 minutes from downtown Great
Barrington, with all its shopping and restaurants, pubs, movie theaters, bowling alley and much more.. It is in
the heart of the Berkshires , 3 minutes to Butternut Ski area, and 20 Minutes to Catamount Ski area 1/4 mile to
the Appalachian Trail. Very Easy to get to from the New York Thruway. hiking , biking, boating ,swimming, are
all there.

The house is near Tanglewood and the Boston Symphony, Jacobs pillow, Berkshire theater festival, Norman
Rockwell museum, Golf and tennis are only a short drive, fishing and boating on site. This Lake house is a
special place, a short 2 hours from NYC 3 hours from NJ.

Vacation Rental Rates .. June 2008 rental is $3500

July and August are $4000/month

Gas and Electric, phone and satellite TV are paid by the tenant
