and a card table with four chairs. Bedroom #1 has two single beds,
night table, TV and a dresser. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed,
night table, dresser and TV. Sleeping area has single bed. Kitchen
has stove, refrigerator and table with six chairs.
Cups,dishes,glasses, silverware and some pots provided. Bring your
own sheets, pillows and towels. Parking for 2 cars inline on one
side and 4 cars inline on other side.

House is located 3 blocks from the bay, 2 blocks from the ocean and
3 blocks from the boardwalk. You couldn't ask for a better location.

All weeks reserved require a non refundable deposit of 1/2 the rental rate. Balance due at check in.

June rentals: $1000.00 per week
July rentals: $1200.00 per week
August rentals: $1200.00 per week
September rentals: $1000.00 per week

Prom weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) are $700.00 with $700.00
security deposit. Only names on lease will be able to stay
overnight. A copy of drivers license required. Landlord will be in unit above.
