Vacation Rental Description

First floor unit has been completely renovated. Living room, extra 
large kitchen, sleeping area, two bedrooms and one and half baths. 
Each room has a window air conditioner. Living room, kitchen and 
bedroom have cable tv. Plenty of room. Landlord is renovating second 
floor.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living room has a love seat, pullout bed in sofa, tv with cable box 
and a card table with four chairs. Bedroom #1 has two single beds, 
night table, TV and a dresser. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, 
night table, dresser and TV. Sleeping area has single bed. Kitchen 
has stove, refrigerator and table with six chairs. 
Cups,dishes,glasses, silverware and some pots provided. Bring your 
own sheets, pillows and towels. Parking for 2 cars inline on one 
side and 4 cars inline on other side.

Activities and Attractions

House is located 3 blocks from the bay, 2 blocks from the ocean and 
3 blocks from the boardwalk. You couldn't ask for a better location. 

Vacation Rental Rates

All weeks reserved before end of 2007 will rent for $900.00 with non 
refundable deposit of $450.00. Must be paid in full before moving in.
June rentals: $1000.00 per week
July rentals: $1100.00 per week
August rentals: $1200.00 per week
September rentals: $1000.00 per week

Prom weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) are $700.00 with $700.00 
security deposit. Only names on lease will be able to stay 
overnight. Landlord will be in unit above.
