Welcome to our cozy condo conveniently located on Davison Road, just
off Lake Mary Blvd. Located at The Conestoga Condominiums #115;
between Canyon Lodge and the Village shops, and just minutes from
skiing, fishing and hunting, hiking, biking, and photography.

Our comfortable, recently upgraded condominium is a studio plus loft
with 1 1/2 bathrooms and offers all the comforts of home, at a very
affordable price. It is decorated in a wildlife/fishing theme which
compliments the Mammoth ambiance. The large fireplace is waiting for
you to warm up after a fun day on the ski slopes or other wintry
mountain activities.

This cozy condo is great for one or two couples or a family of up to 6.
Sleeps 4 comfortably, plus an adult size bunkbed for 2 (plus a child fold out mat for an optional 7th person). The newly carpeted upstairs loft has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower. The downstairs living room has a sofa with a ful-sized hide-a-bed, adult size bunk beds, and a 1/2 bathroom. The beautiful fireplace has complimentary fire starters and firewood.

The kitchen is completely stocked with microwave, refrigerator,
stove, coffee maker, eating utensils, silverware, pots, pans, plates,
dishes, toaster, and some condiments, spices, oils, etc. A small
Weber-style barbeque is available for outdoor cooking. A blender and
lots of wine glasses make your stay a true vacation!

All amenities (linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper
towels, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, etc.) are included!

2 color televisions, DVD player and CD player with iPod connection.

Parking for two vehicles in front of condo. Additional parking on
street after April 30.
For door-to-door transportation to chair lifts and restaurants,

This is a no smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Mammoth offers many recreational activties! To name a few: downhill
and cross-country skiing, snow-boarding, snowmobiling, and
snowshoeing, fishing and hunting, hiking, mountain climbing,
backpacking, mountain and road biking, off-road ATV riding, boating,
canoeing, kayaking, golfing, horseback riding, bird watching, and
photography. Just minutes from secluded 24-hour natural hot
springs.

Two miles from six incredibly picturesque lakes: Mary, Mamie, George,
Horseshoe and Twin Lakes. Short drive to June Lake and Mono Lake,
Devils Postpile and Rainbow Falls. This condo is located right in
the middle of some of the best trout fishing in the Eastern Sierras!

Great shopping at the Village and the factory outlet stores. Plenty
of restaurants to choose from in Mammoth Lakes at all price ranges.

Mammoth Lakes has a year-round calendar of events, such as multiple
music festivals, craft fairs, film festival, numerous ski
competitions, fishing derbies, plus hundreds of other events.

All rentals are two night minimum, unless you split a weekend (Friday
and Saturday), then three night minimum is required. Also, possible
to trade use of your home (if in a resort area) for use of
our condo. Can pay through PayPal with your credit card.

Winter Rates: (Nov.15 - April 30)
ONLY $130/night midweek, $165/night on weekends (Friday and Saturday)
Holidays $240/night

Spring/Summer/Fall (May 1st thru November 15th)
ONLY $90/night midweek, $110/night on weekends (Friday and Saturday)
Holidays $175/night

Returning guests get 15% discount.

Note:
- Rates are for up to 6 people (sorry, no pets).
- $90 cleaning fee
- A 13% Transient Tax will be applied/added to the room rate and
cleaning fee.
- A refundable Security Deposit of $300 is required on all stays.
