Fall, Winter, and Spring, September 1 - March 31: $1200.00/WK
Summer, April 1 - July 31: $900.00/WK
August 1 -August 31 $1050.00/wk
Please call for nightly and weekend rates
$500.00 Security Deposit along with half the rental fee due at time of reservation.
Balance due 2 weeks before vacation.
Security deposit will be returned by mail after inspection of property.
