Park, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Wears Valley, Cades Cove and airports, Beautiful Mountain views too

being far away and we mean not far up. Vacation destination making your journey of photographic 
mountain 
memories at Got It All Ya'll. No gravel here....we're cruisin' on asphalt, the possibilities are 
endless. 
We can make it happen together. Please abide by our NO pet/No Smoking policies: No pets allowed at or 
around the premises please. No smoking within 30 feet of front or back porches nor inside premises to 
include 
the amenities adjacent. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walking distance to luxury indoor amenities: 12 seat heated jacuzzi, heated pool with towels 
provided, fitness 
room, game room complete with children's games, foosball and air hockey, separate men's and ladie's 
bathroom 
with showers. Banquet room for 50 persons with full use of kitchen upon request for free (additional 
cleaning 
costs apply) all with mountain views. Catering services available with advance request also at 
additional cost.
Concierge services are available upon request prior to or during your vacation stay. Towel/linen 
exchange available too.

Our log cabin kitchen includes assorted coffee/teas/condiments, hot chocolate, microwaveable kettle 
corn, 
refrigerated water, chocolate kisses, dishwasher detergent, liquid anti baterial hand soap and

materials onsite. Complete with all the cooking necessities with coffee maker and spoon holders, Red 
crockpot, 
Red mixer, Red toaster/bagel oven, Red dishes, Red pots & pans with lids, roaster pan with lid, 
pizza/baking 
trays/pans, casserole dish with lid & holder. Red recipe stand with Martha Stewart Recipe book, 
banana tree 
holder, etc. Gas fireplace on a timer is located in the living room, fan with light kit, a 50" 
HDTV/LCD plasma for 
Nascar/Food Network lover & cable programs, microfiber sofa & chair, amish and handmade furniture 
complete 
with Texas holdem poker set, miniature air hockey,checkerboard, along with 15 piece game table. 
Dining area has 4 wood/iron table for 
dine in 
along with wood iron hutch with lamp. Master bedroom on first floor, fan with light kit, king bed 
with Pillowtop 
mattress, allergen free mattress cover, Red linen, Red comforter, a handmade white pine wood blanket

Vacation Rental Rates

Due to high ga prices we are placing an INTRODUCTORY OFFER. Promise of our High Quality remains the 
same-Got It All Y'all. What can we do to EARN your business? Several guesta have returned for a 
second time already.

April 1, 2008-September 30, 2008 with 2 night minimum: Weekday at $100/night plus tax, 
Weekend $125/night plus tax. $700/week plus tax. Monthly $2,500 plus tax. 

October 1, 2008-December 31, 2008 with 3 night minimum: Weekday at $125/night plus tax,
Weekend $150/night plus tax. $1,000/week plus tax. Monthly $3,000 plus tax. 

Cleaning fee (non-refundable) of $45.00 with occupant(s) to remove any/all trash to dumpster upon 
exiting, 
any/all dishes in dishwasher, any/all linens/towels to be placed on first floor tile bath and dryer 
vent clean. 

                                 We will have credit card processing available real soon.

Rates are subject to change. Sevier County Tax rate 11.75%. Last minute reservations are very welcome 
and 
made easily upon request!
