Pine Cone Cabin-Great Location, Private Hot Tub in Estes Park

Nestled in the pines on Prospect Mountain, Pine Cone is close enough
to walk to town, but also offers privacy and a true mountain
setting. The house is 1248 square feet, and there is over 700
sq ft of deck including 2-24' decks on the mountain side of the house.
Main floor consists of LR with leather reclining sofa and chair,
Fully Equipped Kitchen with seating for 6-7 Queen Bedroom w/attached
bath, shower over tub. Pinecone decor in bed and bath.
Lower walk out level has a nice Family Room with it's own private 8 x
26 deck,table, chairs and hammock. Full size futon sleeper in the
family room, Queen bedroom w/attached bath with shower, and
an extra room with a full size bed, dresser and stack washer and
dryer.
We have 5 TV's and 3 DVD players. Each bedroom and each living area
has it's own TV. Our service is through satellite, DirecTV.
You will love sitting in the hot tub in it's private mountain
setting, and at night the stars are beautiful! Plenty of nice patio
furniture to enjoy thedecks and outside space. We see a large amount
of wildlife as there is an animal path to the side of the house, and
a seasonal stream. Yes, we have had bear at the house, along with
elk, mule deer, fox, coyote, raccoons, and resident chipmunks.

Deluxe Hot Tub-42 jets and Therapy Air, which is simply the BEST! We
provide all linens, towels, cooking utensils, fridge with ice maker,
dishwasher, smooth cooktop range, & microwave. Satellite DirecTV,
High speed broadband and wireless internet, along with Free Unlimited
Long Distance. We are decorated in a mountain theme, with nice
quality furnishings.
Outside offers bar seating by the hot tub, patio table & chairs, wood
glider, adirondack chairs with table in the center, oversize hammock,
wicker chairs, and a Weber gas start/charcoal grill.

Walking, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, fly fishing. Rocky
Mountain National Park is just 3 miles for hikes, sightseeing,
wildlife viewing, snowshoeing. Estes Park Marina offers boat rental,
fishing, picnicking. Eldora Ski area is about 45 minutes away
offering downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoing, and
snowboarding. Rafting is available with starting points in Fort
Collins. Movie Theater, shopping, restaurants, Fun City with bumper
boats, race cars, BIG slides, Miniature golf and grocieries are all
available in Estes Park.

*3 day minimum, 1-3 night stay- deposit = 1 night / over 4 days= 50%
deposit, 9.7% tax, $75 cleaning fee You are responsible for
cancellations with less than 60 days notice unless we are able to
rebook. We will make every effort to rebook.
*$50.00 cancellation fee regardless with 60 days notice. Otherwise, you are responsible unless able to rebook for the same time period.
