townhome that is 3 houses away from the beach! A very comfortable home with nice furnishings. Sleeps 
8 with 
parking in the rear for 2 cars. Very well equipped with every convenience. we will provide the 
renters with 4 
beach tags that will save you money! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit is clean and tastefully decorated. Living room has a large screen tv,dvd,and vcr. Kitchen 
is very well 
equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. 1st floor powder room and a large dining room for 
the family 
meals. This condo also has a nice front deck that is furnished and great to relax and enjoy  morning 
coffee or 
afternoon cocktails! This townhouse has alot to offer!!! No families above or below you!! 


Linens:
linens are not provided you must bring your own. You will need to bring sheets,towels,kitchen 
towels. 
Pillows,comforters,and blankets are provided. Bed sizes include Queen size bed, 5 twin beds.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

1) Master bedroom with a queen bed,private bathroom,tv,vcr,and nice deck.
2) guest  bedroom with 3 twin beds.( bunk beds with a trundle), tv.

There is also a nice sectional sofa that is capable of sleeping on. Unfortunatley this is not a 
sleeper sofa.

Policies and other fees:
Cleaning fees: NONE- Just leave the property in the same condition you received it. If the property 
is left DIRTY 
there will be a cleaning fee of $100.00 deducted from the security deposit.
Refundable security Fee-$250.00refunded within 10 days of rental end.

Cancellations: A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations of changes which result 
in shortened 
stay or that are made within the 60 day arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and 
damage/reservation 
deposit.
Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
