This four bedroom home sleeps 9 people with 2 full bathroom and a year arounf view.

As you can see the empty lot in front of the home is the beach access ........ no stairs, just a ramp and you are on the sand with miles of walking either direction.

From the living room you step into the kitchen area. It is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and most of all the other small appliances you would like.
In the back ground is the dining room..... it is smaller and can seat 6 people. To the left is a sliding glass door that leads to a patio with a table and deck chairs. You also have a gas barbeque.

A bedroom on the main floor is considered the master bedroom. It has a queen bed and a sitting area.

The second bedroom is next to the bath,  has a queen bed, a lounge chair and as you can see many books of all kinds to read. The large bath on the main floor has a walk in shower.  The washer and dryer are also here.

At the top of the circular stairs is what we call the den . It has a TV and DVD.  A small sitting area and a twin day bed to the right.

The king bedroom is a comfortable room with seating and a great view of the ocean with a flat screen TV and DVD.

A twin bedroom is next.  A large bathroom is on this floor as well.

All bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and pillows are furnished for your convenience.

This home is located just a few minutes south of the Factory Stores,
Five miles south of the casino.
Golfing at Salishan, or the Casino golf course are just minutes
away.
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south.
Depoe Bay is 15 minutes to the south.
Visit the many antique shops and dining places that Lincoln City has to offer.

Summer / Holiday Rate: $215.00 per night and major Holidays

Winter Rate Special: $160.00 per night
from October 1st to Memorial weekend

Week Rate: 7th night free.. Two night minimum

Rate Notes: No more than 9 people, Does not include 10.5 % room tax.

Rate Notes: $100 refundable damage deposit when home
left damage free.

Cleaning: If you want to clean the home there is no charge or
if you would rather not clean, the charge is 75.00.
