Vacation Rental Description

This beach home is sitting across the street from a low bank beach access.  
A comfortable home is furnish in a blue and while beach motif.  

A four bedroom home that sleeps 9 people.  Enjoy whale watching, the winter storms or a glorious 
sunset all from the comfort of a easy chair.  

If you want to read the home has a very nice selection of hard back books for your pleasure.  So ......

Vacation Rental Amenities

The living room feature satellite TV, VCR, CD and cassette player ......... but don’t forget the view !!!!!

The picture is darker so you can see the view from the living room.  As you can see the empty lot in front of the 
home is the beach access ........ no stairs, just a ramp and you are on the sand with miles of walking either 
direction.

From the living room you step into the kitchen area.  It is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and 
most of all the other small appliances you would like.  

In the back ground is the dining room..... it is smaller and can seat 6 people. Too the left is a sliding glass door 
that leads to a patio with a table and deck chairs.  Also a small barbeque.  

A bedroom on the main floor is considered the master bedroom.  It has a queen bed and a sitting area.
The second bedroom is next to the bath.  Also has a queen bed, a lounge chair and as you can see many 
books of all kinds to read.  The large bath on the main floor has a walk in shower.  The washer and dryer are 
also here

At the top of the circular stairs is what we call the den .  It has a TV and satellite receiver.   A small sitting area 
and a twin day bed to the right.

The king bedroom is a comfortable room with seating and a great view of the ocean.   
A twin bedroom is next as you can see in the picture below left.   A large bathroom is on this floor as well.

All bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and pillows are furnished for your convenience.   


						

Activities and Attractions

This home is located just a few minutes north of the Factory Stores, 
Three miles south of the casino. 
Golfing at Salishan, or the Casino golf course are just minutes 
away.  
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south. 
Depoe Bay is 15 minutes to the south.
Visit the many antique shops and dining places that Lincoln City has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer / Holiday Rate: $210.00  per night  and major Holidays  

Winter Rate Special: $160.00  per night  
from October 1st to Memorial weekend                  
 
Week Rate: 7th night free..   Two night minimum 
Rate Notes: No more than 9 people, Does not include 9% room tax. 
 
Rate Notes: $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit when home is 
left clean and damage free.  9% room tax not included.
If you would rather not clean, the charge is 70.00.
