This spacious (1050 square feet), charming and comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa is located in the prestigious Barefoot Resort - the Havens in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This professionally decorated, 2nd floor unit has just been placed on the rental market.
Enjoy the tranquility and magnificent golf views at your own balcony. The unit is less than 2 years old.

You can access beach by free hourly shuttle bus in season to nearest beach in front of building.

Our door heated POOL OPENS YEAR AROUND just in front of the building. Fountains are lighted at night.

Barefoot Resort has a pulic country club with 4 Championship golf courses with a resturaunt and is adjacent to the best of shopping and resturants at Barefoot Landing.

Barefoot Resort is a 2,300 acre master planned community with four championship golf courses, tennis faculties & approximately 20 swimming pools, including the largest in South Carolina scattered throughout the resort. Also available in Barefoot Resort are sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.

Barefoot Resort includes four world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. Two are listed in Golf Digest�s best for 2005. Within a 30-40 minute drive of Barefoot Resort are over a 100 great golf courses.

Minutes away from Barefoot Resort are the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, and many more exciting and fun attractions. Nearby is Restaurant Row as well.

$200 prepaid rent is required at reservation and non-refundable. The rent balance is due 30 days before check in along with $200 refundable damage deposit. (US bank checks, USPS money order, western union, certified fund, or Paypal/credit card - 3% extra)
