$250 non-refundable deposit is required at reservation, towards your
rent. Entire rent is due 30 days before check in.

We take personal checks from US banks. Or you can pay credit card through Paypal (no membership is needed). For personal checks from non-US banks, entire rent is due 60 days before check in. We prefer non-US residents pay through Paypal. And we DO NOT accept western union due to high risk of fraud.

As For Rent by Owner, we offer deep discount compared to Barefoot
Resort.
