Spacious Hillside Retreat Located in Castro Valley, California (less than 10 mi. to Oakland Airport & 20 mi. to SF)

Once you enter this hillside retreat another world unfolds.  Away from the crowds and congestion, you may  
relax in  
the cozy garden area, take in the magnificent views of the Bay, or swim in the seasonal in-ground pool, which  
is just  
steps from the entrance.  The peaceful pool area allows for stunning views of the Bay, including San Francisco,  
the  
San Mateo Bride, and the Bay Bridge.  
 
The spacious 500 square foot retreat is quaint, affordable, centrally located to three major high ways (Highway  
280,  
Highway 580 & Highway 880) and within driving distance to many of the Bay Areas famous restaurants,  
antique  
shops, art galleries, theaters, children's activities, walking trails, community & skateboard parks, grocery &  
retail  
stores, as well as historical points of interests.    
 
This spacious retreat is a win-win for a family that requires cooking facilities and is looking for privacy and  
comfort at  
an affordable price.  Nearly all the comforts of home are provided including a full-size fridge, microwave oven,  
coffee  
maker, toaster, dishes, etc.  
 
A second hillside unit is available if additional space is required.

♦$100 per night (minimum two night stay) , excluding holidays  
♦Sleeps a maximum of four.   
♦Rental fees do not include Alameda County Hotel/Bed Tax (10% hotel tax will be added)

♦If additional space is required, a second studio unit is available at $300.00 per week.
