surrounded by the beauty Flagstaff with all of its charm, its rich cultural diversity, and history.

This home is warmly decorated and has a newly remodeled kitchen which opens up to the living room 
and dinning area.  The master and guest bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and the loft can be 
used for a 3rd sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed. Two and a half bathrooms, a spacious 2 car 
garage, and a high speed internet for your computer will add to your enjoyment and convenience.  

You have easy access to I40 and are just 10 minutes from historic downtown.  The Flagstaff Mall is 
only 5 minutes away and if you feel adventurous, Sedona is only 50 minutes away along one of 
Arizona’s most scenic drives.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1800 sq. ft. townhouse has 2 bedrooms, a large loft, 2 ½ bathrooms, a beautifully remodeled 
kitchen that is fully stocked with utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator etc., 
two TV’s with cable, a DVD player, a stereo, high speed internet access, washer and dryer, gas 
grill, outside deck, and a two car garage. 

Activities and Attractions

If you are a golfer you will enjoy the delightfully challenging course with its fun-to-play par 5s 
and demanding par 3s.  Enjoy the charming clubhouse with its great restaurant and bar located just a 
short walk away.

How adventurous are you? You are surrounded by a plethora of things to do and sights to see.  
How about enjoying a fun filled day at the Grand Canyon.  Just 50 minutes away you can climb 
aboard the Grand Canyon Railway and enjoy a scenic ride to the Grand Canyon. Or if you prefer 
to drive yourself, its just 80 miles away.  Flagstaff also offers many other no less remarkable 
sights and experiences. Among them are the red rocks of Sedona, Meteor Crater, the San Francisco 
Peaks, Wupatki National Monument, Sunset Crater, and numerous Native American communities including 
those of the Hopi Tribe and Navajo Nation.

Other activities include: hiking, biking, climbing, horseback riding, Lake Mary, NAU, Lowell 
Observatory, Golf, tennis and swimming within the community. Also shopping and downtown Flagstaff is 
very close. 

Winter activities include skiing, and lots of other snow play

Winter Rates:
$700 per week, $2,000 per month

Summer Rates - June-September:
$850 per week, $3,000 per month

$175 Cleaning Deposit, $50 refund if you wash, dry, and fold bed linens and towels

$250 refundable damage deposit
