You have easy access to I40 and are just 10 minutes from historic downtown. The Flagstaff Mall is
only 5 minutes away and if you feel adventurous, Sedona is only 50 minutes away along one of
Arizona’s most scenic drives.

This 1800 sq. ft. townhouse has 2 bedrooms, a large loft, 2 ½ bathrooms, a beautifully remodeled
kitchen that is fully stocked with utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator etc.,
two TV’s with cable, a DVD player, a stereo, high speed internet access, washer and dryer, gas
grill, outside deck, and a two car garage.
