available to you at the special member rate, either by the week or the month.

enthusiasts who share your love of bridge, art and good books. And speaking of books, your condo is

Vacation Rental Rates

Special Summer Rate! $1100 Per Month July, August, September, October (plus utilities), or $900  
per month on a 3 month lease. 
 
Regular rates:  
January 1st through April 30th the monthly rate is $3200 for one month rental ,utilities included 
or $2800 per month based on three month lease, utilities not included. 
 
May 1st through June 30th, November and December the monthly rate is $1650 for one month  
rental,utilities included, 
or $1300 per month based on three month lease, utilities not included. 
 
Cleaning fee $150 non-refundable. A security deposit of $1000 is fully refundable following  
inspection of home  
and contents.  
All rents must be prepaid in full with US dollars two weeks before move-in date. Different terms are  
available for  
long term leases. No smoking and no pets, please.
